[Jean sort of figured it was complicated, but wow.]

I dunno about any of that. Of what either of you deserve or anything. Does it matter? If you're having a good time with each other, that's what should matter.

Yeah. Why waste time worrying about it when you can just have a good time? Eren's an adult (I suppose) so he can make his own decision on who he wants to spend time with doing whatever.

Come on, I wouldn't tell you that stuff. He's amazing, though. Really, really amazing. I could stare at him for hours. His skin is so warm, too. Do you know how nice that is? Everyone else feels kinda cold to me, but Eren feels right

I wish I could get him to smile, though. I don't know what happened to him. I think about it all the time. Was it me? I don't know what I do in the future. It's confusing as hell. But if I did something even worse than what I've already done, he wouldn't want to be near me, would he?

I really don't like our world's future. I mean, I don't know what happens. I still don't like it

But I like being with Eren. I feel better with him. Even when he's an asshole

I hope I can get him to smile sometime

[He did not want more details, but at least the worst was in the first message and it didn't get any more detailed than that. Then he would have had to find Reiner and punch him. But this was oddly cute, he supposed.

But he doesn't say "Those are not the details I meant" because it could easily lead to "Oh, you meant that. Yeah, I wouldn't tell you about the xxxx I do with Eren, and sometimes even xxxxxx."]

I don't know about what happened to him either, but I've noticed the same. Honestly, it took me dying to actually to get him properly yell at me, even if he used to fight all the time.

Maybe with time he'll learn how to again.

Wait, really? I can piss him off easily enough. But you two used to fight SO MUCH. I eventually started watching you during meals so I could get between you before it escalated

I mean, he does get angry with me, but it's nowhere near the same as it used to be. But that already started well before Shiganshina.

The night before we left we had a big fight that felt like the old times, but otherwise he hasn't risen up to my taunts for a long time.

Here the most normal thing was when we competed over who kills more Snowskeletons.
