I've been exploring my options, but no dice yet. Anyway...

I feel bad asking this; I should really just talk to Eren about it, but it's complicated.

Is there...something going on between he and Reiner?

Yeah, they're basically dating. I'm not sure if they call it that, but they're into each other.

[And here Armin always thought he had a pretty solid understanding of how Eren felt about Reiner; still, in the flying boat, Reiner had insight on Eren that none of them saw coming...In that way, it make sense. Even so...]

Honestly, I never would have expected that. Eren's never really seemed that interested in dating or anything like that. Though, I guess he has been here a while.

Maybe a little unexpected. I did want him to get a hobby, but I guess Reiner comes close enough.


Honestly I try not to think about it too much. I'm just glad they're not trying to kill each other. They can do whatever else they want.

Honestly, it's none of my business anyway. I mean, would you say they make each other happy? That's all I care about, really.

I think they're both having a good time with each other, at least. It's at least a step towards being happy together, too.

They both definitely need that.

You're right.

[He needs to use the word "happy" with more discretion, really. He's beginning to believe that it's something that might be possible here, but...it's a little soon to be making those sorts of calls. Especially about Eren, as much as that breaks his heart.]
