[ Marco was good at using the ODM, especially in maneuvering, but his big skill - assessment - was one he shared with Jean and wasn't as good at. He knew a lot of it had to do with his ability to work with various teams. It'd been why they'd even given him command of a temporary squad at all, despite there being six other higher ranked candidates. ]
