[Guess who ended tearing up again. Because of Marco, again. It's like he's crying for all the years he didn't, these days. Jean's not sure if that's a positive thing (it is).

He's definitely putting on the bracelet right away, after looking at all the variously colored stones for a while. The various plastic decorations he'll be keeping for possible reuse later.

Later in the day, he sends Marco a text:]

Thanks for the gift. I really appreciate everything you got me. And I'm already proud of you, even as you are.

Do you want to go for a walk? Maybe with Snow and Hazel, too.

[ He'd apologize for making Jean cry, but he gets it in reverse too! And he is, genuinely, proud of Jean. He does get a little bashful smile being told Jean is proud of him too, though.
