[ He thought for a while about what he wanted to get Jean. In the end, he settled on an idea he'd already done for Reiner, using his ability to form gemstones.
First, Jean gets a delivery of a plate of cupcakes - Marco's worked on his baking skills a little, as none are burnt, though they're not out of this park spectacular and do stick to the baking paper a little. They're red velvet, with a citrusy frosting, and have little swords in them. Actually -
All of the cupcakes have some tiny, plastic decoration of the various weapons he's told Marco he can wield. Halberds, spears, the swords and daggers he's told him about. He even fashioned a little plastic ODM blade.
The second is a bracelet. It's made of woven leather, like a certain bracelet he's talked to Reiner about, and gifted him and Eren a pair. This has stones woven in through the leather; it's probably meant to be wrapped around the wrist twice, as it's a bit long.
There's a milky blue stone that represents Ayato, first; then a sea-green stone that must be for Armin. Through the whole thing, not so large as to be a problem, there are various stones of assorted colors, representing people Jean cares about, like Mikasa and Mukuro, and of course Marco. All of the people from home, even those not here, are represented, as are people he's told Marco that are important to him.
On top of the box containing the bracelet is a folded note. ]

[Eva was… well, it was safe to say she wasn’t coping in the slightest with the anniversary of that awful family conference on Rokkenjima rolling around. The day she lost everyone she cared for.
And perhaps it was for that reason that she was paranoidly fearful that those she cared for in this world were okay. She couldn’t really go out right now, given she’d been stuck in her Arachne form since the start of the week, but she could at least message him, right?

[For Yuletide, the fairies deliver a present box to Jean. It's full of preserved and packaged meat, mostly jerky. Hijikata's card explains that he looks forward to going on a quest during the full moon cycle again sometime soon once Jean has recovered from his injury! A small bag of pokémon snacks in included in the package, too.]

[ On the Solstice, a (very heavy) package from Reiner is delivered. It contains a new anvil for Jean's forge molded from a deep blue material scattered with tiny white crystals, giving the effect of a night sky. Although the anvil appears to be stone, close inspection will reveal that it's actually metal that has been manipulated and magically reinforced to be exceedingly hard. It's unlikely to be damaged no matter how hard Jean swings a hammer.
There is also a note written in Reiner's neat Eldian script. ]

[Come Christmas time, Caster'll be delivering Jean a package in her usual creepy Halloween-style wrapping. It contains a broach in a sword design, that she notes has protective enchantments applied to it. There's also a little shimmery golden potion labelled 'Creusa' - it makes things more flammable, according to the attached note.]

Why didn't he state the purpose of the meeting? Of course, she could have asked in her confirmation message, but she wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps it was something he wanted to tell her in confidence... she only hoped that he hadn't somehow run afoul of Jade, because that'd put her right in the middle! But no - it was more likely that he wanted to speak with her about the dream they shared. It had been a painful experience for both of them, that much she was sure of.

( Annie isn't planning to stick around, because she has strong inklings Mikasa is still deciding how to feel at her general direction, and she's pointedly never been terribly close to most other scouts who weren't secretly Warriors, or Mikasa and Eren. The last two were complicated even as trainees, strained as scouts, and she doesn't think about Armin at all on purpose because some thoughts just don't need to live in her head rent free.
But she'd given Reiner the "sorry I missed your wedding" gift basket just to be absolutely astounded that he hadn't been married yet, and she now has confirmation that Mikasa did the sane thing of finding a relatively sane human being to marry from their world, and that is enough to lead to...
... her second attempt, ever, at a gift basket.
She used the other basket that'd been at her 'given' apartment. There's a whole meat pie wrapped in there, along with oranges, a set of magnetic kissing salt and pepper shakers, various canned goods, kitchen towels, and yet again for no reason known to Humanity, a waffle iron.
She's left a note nestled in there, saying: )

[Unfortunately (?) for Annie, Jean isn't too far away from the door so she doesn't get too far before he opens the door to check what happens. But at least he voices his confusion pretty quietly, so if she wants to she can pretend she didn't hear him.]
